Grilling basically derives from dry heat applied to the foods surface, mainly from below,
usually involving direct radiant heat & in some cases indirect heat. It is the most Popular
outdoor form of Cooking and Most Everybody's Favorite !There are two main Varieties of
Grilling strategies, Indirect Gilling and Direct Grilling.

Indirect Grilling consists of cooking the food away from the Direct Flame or Heat while Direct
Grilling requires cooking foods straight on/over the fire. Indirect Grilling is finest for meals that
will be cooked in under thirty minutes while Direct Grilling is greater for foods which will be
cooked in more than thirty minutes.

In general, many folks make the same mistake when Grilling, it's either to rare or overcooked.
We think it's better to be prepared with a Temperature gauge, just to be on the safe side, if
your not sure as to the doneness. Of course it takes practice, just be patient and you will be
the Master Griller in No Time. Following the proper Grilling procedures will alleviate the
possibilities of overcooking or under-cooking and hopefully come out perfectly Grilled.
