BBQ'ing seems to be getting more popular everyday, we can hardly wait until Friday rolls around so we can get started preparing our recipes for the weekend of BBQ'ing. Don't know about you, but I can't think of much more I'd rather be doing than BBQing (Of course that includes Grilling and Smoked recipes as well).
What else could be more Gratifying then preparing something to BBQ and when it's finished, you taste it and it makes you Grrr like a Bear, it's So Good. These days we've taken it to Extreme measures, BBQ'ing things that years ago were never thought of. Bison was probably cooked barbecue style by the Native Americans. Today you can find Buffalo on many menus throughout the States.
Barbecued Alligator is a common place in some areas of Florida. On the West Coast you will see an abundance of Barbecued Seafood, as you do in the Northeastern States where the Fishing industry is a key part of the economy, also you will find throughout the Country, Barbecued Game Hen, Turkey and Chicken which pretty much covers the Poultry Family.
Other areas of the world, you will find a range of Barbecued meat you may not be accustom to or ever thought would be BBQ'd. In Australia, for example, you are likely to find Barbecued Kangaroo and Wild Boar.
